I think it is a very nice and well written speech. The only thing I would add is a funny story about your sister, something that would make people laugh and that would add a really personal touch. Perhaps something about how she got you in trouble when you were young, or if she ever talked about what she thought her prince charming might be like when she grew up.

It is a sweet and touching speech. May I suggest that you mention the people who can not be there the night before at the RD. The wedding is a celebration and you don't want to be the 'negative nancy'. That being said, of course you still want those people to be mentioned. That is why I would do so the night before and during your speech stick to the upbeat, happy, fun and congratulatory tone.

Just focus on the bride and groom for this one moment, concentrating on the ways they are great together.

I really like it but i would add something really funny that u and your sister got up to when you where younger and i would find out if there is already a part where someone else is bringing up all the ppl that couldn't be there as you don't want to put a damper on your speech about how wonderful your sister is and what she means to you and your family
